Finals Tipping Starts Thursday 5 September:
• Entry is either by manual tipping forms, email, text or computer entry (online)
• If you have not paid to enter: you will only get 1 point for each tipped winning team
• Fully paid up tippers: see below
• Home side winners are worth 2 points
• Away side winners are worth 3 points
• A correctly tipped drawn game is worth 20 points
• Forgot to tip? You get 1 point for each away team that wins.
• Points margin: points margin points only count if you also pick the correct winning team for that game, and the points are as follows exact point margin = +2 (home) / +3 (away) 1, 2, or 3 points off = 1 point 4, 5 or 6 points off = 0.5 points 7, 8 or 9 points off = 0.25 points 10, 11 or 12 points off = 0.1 point
• You can play your wildcard to double your weekly score any time but only once.
• Your wildcard only counts towards your overall score not the weekly or quarterly score, unused wildcards are automatically played in the last round.
• In the event of a tie for the best wildcard prize; the winner is the first person to get the highest scoring wildcard.
• If you miss the entry deadline then stiff bickies you miss all the round and you automatically get the away teams (1 point per win)(no late entries or partial entries allowed)
• Prizes will be determined prior to season start.
• A team prize will be awarded for the three best placed tippers in the winning team.
• An extra payout this year for the tipper getting the most consecutive game 1(usually friday nights) results correct starting from round 1.
• Due to the popularity of this comp. Only the first 80 people will get in.
• Any suggestions to improve the competition Are best kept to yourself.
• Note: The bye rounds - Games have been included from other codes to enable tippers to still have 9 games per round and play their wildcard if required.
Remember….. The weekly winner is the best fully paid up entry
ie: if you have not paid up fully, you can’t win any money, and the next best form that has been paid for wins.
